Accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want every visitor to be able to read, navigate and book, whatever technology they use.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act. We review the site as we add pages and features.
What we have done
- Keyboard access to every link, button, filter and form field, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Semantic landmarks and a single heading structure per page for screen readers.
- Text alternatives for images, and labels or accessible names on every control.
- Colour contrast tested against AA thresholds in both the light and dark themes, with information never conveyed by colour alone.
- Reduced-motion support that removes non-essential animation when your system requests it.
- Tap targets sized for comfortable use on phones and tablets, and layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps or analytics tooling, is outside our direct control. If you meet a barrier there, tell us and we will provide the information another way.
In the clinic
If you need assistance during your visit to Aspen Integrative Medicine — mobility support, extra time, a companion in the room, or written materials in another format — let us know when you book and we will arrange it.
Report a barrier
Email hello@brain.one with the page and the problem. We aim to respond within five business days and to offer the content in an accessible form while we fix the issue.
